All Gen Ed requirements should be waived (including SOS-110) once they finish the evaluation. The most recent policy update on the TESU website (from July 1st) clearly indicates that the SOS-110 requirement should be waived for second-degree bachelor's students. So you should only need 21 credits in the AOS/core plus the 3 credit capstone to complete your degree. (Plus any other degree program-specific prereq's like calculus, etc.)

SOS-110 Institutional Requirement
In order to provide students with additional tools focused on supporting student success in the critical areas of college-level reading, writing, and mathematics in support of overall student success and to develop key information literacy skills, SOS-110: Critical Information Literacy (formerly Living in the Information Age) is now an institutional requirement for all* undergraduate students at the university.
Key notes:
- All undergraduate students applying after July 1, 2019, are required to complete SOS-110 via an online course at TESU. We will no longer allow transfer/equivalencies to satisfy the requirement.
- After July 1, 2019, SOS-110 will be the only course TESU offers that satisfies the information literacy general education requirement.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23
