Not sure. I know for if you have a prior TESU degree you are exempt (TESU told me this via e-mail), however, we aren't sure about degrees from anywhere else. I don't believe anyone on this has earned a bachelors degree from somewhere else and then went to TESU as of recent. And if there is anyone in this circumstance, they haven't posted about whether or not they have to take SOS-110.
Also, just as an FYI, TESU's second-degree policy is that you must earn 24 new credits in the AOS and these 24 new credits must be earned after the first-degree conferral. They are strict on this and don't budge on it.
With these changes along with an increase in residency wavier, TESU is not as cheap as it used to be.
