Help Map an Undergrad with these resources.

Hello!
My daughter is a senior in High school. She has one class to graduate. She's ahead, she's a hard worker and is ready for the next step. We thought since her school offers her subscriptions for free to Study.com, ALEKS, and Shmoop.com we would work on hammering out a degree. I am new to this and have spent several days trying to learn but would love the help in mapping this out with these free resources. I've read several of the newbie threads and learning a lot. Thank you to everyone who has helped those before me.  

So far...We've signed up for the free classes, she'll begin those immediately. I signed up for fun too! 
She has zero classes to transfer. Starting from 0.
She just wants a degree. Easier the better. 
She has 11-12 months to finish. That's when the subscriptions expire. 
Can you map it out to an AA then to a BA in case doing it all in one year is too much for her. We'd love for her to have an AA on HS grad day, But be able to press on if she's handling it all well. 
We can do CLEPs if we need to, but would rather use the free resources above first.
