I think you can transfer up to 75% of credits for bachelor's degrees at WGU. It would be better to take exams with ACE accreditation and try to match the specific general requirements WGU has. I don't think WGU accepts NCCRS.
When you've finished with your exams, apply to WGU. You can't transfer in additional credits later without reapplying.
