Using Grad School Credits for Second Bachelors

I had graduate economics credits transfer in as the following while I was pursuing a BSBA:

ECO-499 Special Topics in Economics
ECO-499 Special Topics in Economics
ECO-499 Special Topics in Economics
ECO-499 Special Topics in Economics

I had about a dozen professional education professional development graduate credits from University of the Pacific and Chapman University that were not accepted.

The credits from my completed master's degree (MAT) transferred in as this while I was completing my BSBA:

EDU-499 Special Topics in Education
EDL-520 Cycle of Leadership
EDU-499 Special Topics in Education
EDL-510 Inquiry Process
EDU-499 Special Topics in Education
EDU-319 Classroom Management Tech.
EDU-499 Special Topics in Education

So, I think that TESU mostly accepts graduate credits, however, it is an inconsistent transfer situation.

The reason for this was not that they didn't accept your Grad-level credits - all of your credits transferred in (I know this because they were given a course equivalency number, which means they showed up on your transcript, probably as "other credit").  The reason they all didn't come into the degree was because EDU courses are considered Free Electives for the BSBA program (and most other ones as well).  So, once your 6cr of Free Electives was filled, there was nowhere to put these EDU courses.

The Econ courses would apply to both Gen Ed and the BSBA MAN AOS, so those would have been used to the max in your degree.
