Absolutely,
But here is what I found on the Excelsior web site regarding this:
--
My Access College Writing Tool (emphasis mine).
In addition to providing writing assignment topic prompts and writing feedback in five categories (focus and meaning, content and development, organization, language use and style, and mechanics and conventions), MY Access!™ provides a complete suite of writer’s tools including revision checklists, a thesaurus, and a writer’s journal. All of this is accessible through your MyEC page on the Excelsior College Web site.
MY Access!™ uses the same scoring engine -- called IntelliMetric™ -- used to score exams at Prometric Testing Centers. On the MY Access!™ site, you will be able to use IntelliMetric as many times as you wish to practice different aspects of writing and receive detailed diagnostic feedback that will help you to improve your skills.

I'm just speculating, but it sounds to me like the essay you will write at the Prometric Testing Center is scored using the same Intellimetric software that scores the practise essays in the MY ACCESS tool.
Here's a link to the creator of the Intellimetric (automatic essay scoring) software: http://www.vantage.com/
Your best bet is to call Excelsior and just ask them. Then come back here and let us know what you find out.
hilarious
My name is Rob
