Your best bet is to start a business. If I were you I’d work part time for a property manager to build a skill managing rentals and get licensed if needed where you live. Then go into business for yourself. It would take you about five years to build a portfolio of 700 rentals and that’ll pay you $85,000. With the new tax law you’ll see generous benefits running a small business.
