I'm not sure why a 2nd MA would be what you want. I don't think leadership be taught well in a program like you'd want - I think a lot of it comes from experience - seeing what does and doesn't work for you, as well as seeing what does or doesn't work well in your own leaders. You have to develop a style that is all yours, and that can't come from a book.
I think a MS in Finance would probably be more helpful than accounting or leadership. If you were to get anything, which I doubt is necessary.
