I finish my MBA with a concentration in Management in August 2019 from an AACSB-Accredited institution. I am curious, what other masters would be nicely coupled with a MBA? I work in banking and have the opportunity to become a Vice President in April 2019 with the institution I work. I saw that the University of Oklahoma has a Masters of Art in Administrative Leadership which is online and may be a good addition to my education.

Before selecting another degree, if you believe you're going to have an opportunity to become a VP at your bank, when is it specifically you feel deficient in? What do you want to learn and / or what do you think you NEED to secure that promotion?
In my opinion, having a strong professional development course or participation in professional organizations / civic organizations may bring you a better ROI than another degree. I mean do you think you need to learn leadership now before you promote or do you already see yourself as a strong leader? If you're still in the learning phase, this might not be the right time for such an important promotion- otoh, if you are already in a position of leadership you probably could teach the class you're about to $ign up for.
