Also look at Waldorf University for their MA in Organizational Leadership. You may be able to transfer half of your MBA courses into the degree.
I honestly have not considered an accounting degree. The main reason being that I do not want to back track into a BA or BS. I have only had a couple of accounting courses, which I got A’s in, but I do not believe I have a good enough grasp of accounting to move into that specialization. My main area of interests is in how organizations operate more so on the human side of things. Honestly, I would find an MA in Organizational Leadership pretty interesting.
If you're open to the MA in Organizational Leadership you should also look at WGU's MS in Management & Leadership. Similar in focus, self-paced, and much less expensive. It's also a business degree which means you should have a fair amount of overlap between your existing MBA coursework and the MSML which would allow you to use what you learned in the MBA to work through the course content faster.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23
