UPDATE:
It was fixed without me ever having to contact them. A few hours into TEEX's regular business hours I was giving credit for completing the course within the TEEX Online System. AWR138 is now in my "course history".
I was wrong in my first post. I have never received an email after completing a course. I have only received 2 automated confirmation enrollment emails when signing up for each new TEEX course.
