Color me unsurprised. However, there must be more to it than that. TESU wouldn't have suspended them just because one student might have cheated. They would have just come down on the student. They must have been unhappy with Shmoop's response to their inquiry or with their policies (proctoring) or saw a bigger pattern of quick credits. They won't be reinstated without changes, I bet.

I would assume there must be more than one student, or enough students to suggest a pattern since one student could possibly be explained as someone who was just well versed in the material beforehand.
