Dang, once I read this, I've been on their site navigating several pages... still nothing, oh wells... will continue reviewing their site to see if it pops up later.  It could be my browser, I'll have to try Chrome as Firefox might have a built-in popup blocker.

Muhaha, you made me look!  So, I couldn't figure out whatever was blocking my popups from that site.... so I did a chat with them instead.  There's a waiver code, it's YOU2018.   They do not know when this will end, but the person speculates in the next month or two - at least another couple of months.  BTW, the application fee is good "forever", so you can get it in and start your tests at any time.
