Yes, SL's course counts there. When TESU lists a specific course as satisfying a requirement, it's because they offer that particular course. But they will also accept any course that satisfies the Oral Communication requirement - and SL's does. Anything that's Oral Comm, Public Speaking, Speech will work.
Research Methods is a Experimental Psych course. It satisfies that requirement. Research Methods in the Social Sciences is not a requirement for the Psych degree. Ethics in the Social Sciences is a requirement though, and Study.com is coming up with that as well.
If you're not getting a Psych degree, then you should list what degree you're getting, so someone else who is getting that degree can tell you if the course works there instead.
