Yes, that's exactly what it means - not yet college level. And you are correct, it's going to come in similar to Beginning Algebra.
Intermediate Algebra actually is 100+ level, that's fine for college credit (practically at any place that accepts it - math elective).

Super excited about that Marketing 301 course, Marketing Research. Which I believe previously was only available through CSU-Global/PF.
study.com, do you have the course equivalencies for TESU? I'm interested in the edu and soc courses.

Here's the link with equivalencies:
Thomas Edison State University
The important part though is not the equivalencies as much as where they may fit into a degree plan. The Education courses will all only come in as Free Electives.

I'm just wondering what the new courses come in as at TESU. Namely Edu 106 and Sociology 103. They aren't the transfer list yet.

They normally have been working with TESU to get the equivalencies updated, it takes a few weeks before they post it.
I'm going to guess that:
Marketing Research >> MAR-411 (same as PF)
Medical Terminology >> HEA-203 (same as SL)
Found of Gerontology >> SOC-315 (same as UExcel)
