The poster's question (merging both questions) was if they could do an associate's at penn foster for the purpose of knocking out the gen eds at TESU. Of course, no one knows or has looked to see if (a) they even have the same gen eds *unlikely* and (b) if every one of those is ACE evaluated *because PF is only NA and won't transfer otherwise. And then there is the question of why? The OP stated that because PF offered a payment plan. But, of course if you're using CLEP/SL/etc. you're already on a DIY "payment" plan.
I don't know if it's moot at this point, because the OP doesn't seem to have followed up to either thread.
