I would suggest that you go to TESU or COSC, pick a major, and then make courses for that major. International Business, Cybersecurity, Finance, English, History, Homeland Security, Sociology - whatever. Then, look at what everyone else is offering, and then offer something else. Make it so that you can complete the entire AOS with your courses.
Just my 2 cents, but after several years and thousands of posts on this board, I have a pretty good idea what people want, and it's not another way to take Macroeconomics. We can get that in so many ways it's not funny - from CLEP, Saylor, SL, Study.com, UExcel, Davar, JumpCourse - all for less than you charge.
Lets not forget we lost some course options for physiology recently. A large demand for folks attempting a degree that need a few key offerings and options.
I am not sure what courses could be carried over to Coopersmith but they don't list any currently
