I'd say start the name of the page off with some other than a number, otherwise those old pages will show up at the top of the "All Pages" link, making the first stuff anyone sees is a bunch of outdated info. Any ideas?
Something like "Old Degret Plan - 2013 - TESU - UserX's BSBA General Management"
... but catchier?
Retired Degree Plan....
On my own computer, I put old stuff with an X at the beginning, so they go down to the end of the list. X2013 - TESU - BSBA Gen - UserName. This naming format would probably work. I like the username at the end, so that all of the BSBA's are together, then sorted by type before user.
The thing I worry about with saying "retired" is that there might be some info that would still be usable, like particular courses/exams in the AOS. But I'm not totally opposed to having a different naming format.
