Is it too late to undo the June graduation? You are going to waste a lot more time and money on a 2nd degree instead of finishing the right one the first time.
If you are going down the management track, it's not totally necessary to get CIS. But you will make your job hunt a lot harder than it needed to be. For the management track, the CISSP is pretty much mandatory and what the HR departments will want to see. Skip the expense of the Sec+ because HR won't be satisfied with that.
Do you have a plan on getting IT computer security job experience, especially with little to no IT coursework such as what would have been needed to get the CIS? I don't see a way to get the job without IT job experience.
