Seriously....a couple of runs through Instantcert, and you will likely be good to go on this exam. Your IT experience should get you most of the way. Filling in any gaps in your knowledge with Instantcert will get you the rest of the way.
This is not an overly difficult exam for anyone with a background in computers. Just use IC to brush up, and then go and pass the exam.
