ACE Credit evaluation for Microsoft certification (NON-USA Student)

I am trying to get my microsoft certification to be ACE credited.

Problem #1.
When I register with ACE, they are asking for my SSN. I do not have one. I am not from USA.
I tried using my Microsoft Certification ID, but ACE says there is no record.

The registration page says:

Your student identification number (SID) is assigned to you by the organization through which you completed your course. However, not all organizations use an SID, some use your social security number (SSN) instead. Please contact that organization to get your SID.

Problem #2.
Ok.
So I emailed microsoft asking for my SID.
Microsoft replied.

I know the importance of these credits and I understand your concern.

ACE says to ask Microsoft. Microsoft says to ask ACE. I feel like I am going nowhere. Has anyone had this problem before?
