No, there are other courses that can be filled there. You can do mathematics, computer, and other courses. I'm attaching a link that TESC provides for online courses that meet this requirement. This will give you an idea of the type of credit that goes here. If you find something that you think might fit, ask us or your academic adviser to see if it will work.
Also, there are other sources of credit like straighterline, sophia and torah. I'm not too familiar with them, but many members on here have been successful, hopefully one will chime in.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
