Did you look at the TECEP list??
What you have listed above is Intro to Computers which will most likely transfer to TESC as COS101. The test I recommended is CIS107 which is an additional 3 credit, does not duplicate, and has plenty of subject overlap you can use to your advantage..
Also your american government course is listed as GOV220 which will more than likely transfer as POS110, again the two courses (POS101 and POS110) do not duplicate.
You could also just choose any another exam and wait until the official evaluation is complete before registering for either POS101 or CIS107. THere are plenty of TECEPs to get you started.
You might want to begin browing and reading through the TESC website as well as the college catalog to begin to make your self aware of the colleges nuances. It's a bit different than traditonal schools. Also do a lot of research on this forum and the degreeforum wiki.
