I would never do it for business accreditation because:
a) Hardly anybody in the "real" world knows, outside of HR departments dealing with tuition reimbursement.
b) It takes up unnecessary space which could be used to describe leadership activities, school consulting projects, awards, etc...
c) AACSB does not equate to quality. Many top non-US schools are not AACSB and a few US business schools like Carey (Hopkins) are not accredited at all, but undeniably better than most AACSB schools.
I can't see it hurting a resume, but based on the little time recruiters/hiring managers spend looking at a resume, I see little pragmatic reason for including something which can distract their eyes from more important things.
For ABET and other types of program accreditation which are more recognized outside academia, I think that it may be worth putting in your resume.
