Switch the Responsible Ethical Leadership and Ethics & Diversity elective. In the past, Here's to Your Health has not been counted as a general education elective. I think it's always a free elective except for maybe the health concentration in the BSAST in Technical studies. For the computer requirement, DSST Intro to Computing is easier. It duplicates CLEP Information Systems and Applications, so you can't use both. You didn't include the business electives. For those, you can use TEEX (6 credits for free). For free electives, you can earn 3 free credits from NFA. You can also earn 3 free credits from Kaplan's open PLA course, but I don't know if they will give you a hard time about sending the course to ACE if you don't complete a PLA with them. ALEKS is a cheaper option for statistics and college algebra.

If you include 8 TECEPs in your plan, you will meet the residency requirements for the Per Credit Tuition Plan and avoid the $3,154 enrollment fee under the Enrolled Options Plan. So I advise replacing some of the DSSTs and CLEPs with TECEPs.
