I'm willing to accept this draft as a final version for the requirements of the master's project in Applied Nutrition. I believe that Jennifer has expanded the knowledge base of the field in terms of nutritional education in the culinary arts. I believe that she has satisfied the requirements of the department as well as the graduate school of education. In terms of this project, it will be up to Jennifer to submit for publication. And of course, it will be up to the editor of the journal to make suggestions for changes. I am satisfied with the results of her hard work.
