Are teams or groups beneficial for individuals, or does group membership prevent individuals from forming their own moral judgments? Plan and write an essay in which you develop your point of view on this issue. Support your position with reasoning and examples taken from your studies, experience and observations.

Every individual has their own ideas, knowledge and experiences in life. If each individual’s knowledge is used as part of a team on a special project, the results of the work will be more productive. Working together in a team is more beneficial than working individually(Why?). Division of labor in a team can make the project more enjoyable and enhances the individuals level of knowledge. Moreover, it is also provides a chance to meet different people from different sector.

First, division of work brings lots of fun at work.( This line is a repeat and needs to be reworded or removed.) There will not be any boring (there is never boring time at work it is called Down time)time. If each individual feels good and happy at work, they will work more efficiently, and quality of the work will be more productive.

Up to this point I have rewritten it to sound more professional to me and corrected grammar.

For example, I was working on a collaborative project in climate change in Nepal, I enjoyed it a lot. In that project, I got a chance to go to lots of great Himalayan areas with team members, every day was fun and I had a lot of romantic experience for that time as well as opportunity to learn new place. Everybody was doing their work with fun. There were no unnecessary stress and work overload. I never felt, I was working for project because there were not lot of work to do, however, my actually feeling was like college tour. If I work individually, it won't had that much fun, it would be boring while working and thinking by alone. If we worked alone will would be a lot of stress on the work about the decision making. Therefore, working at team is more fun and exciting than alone in terms of responsibility.

Second, working in the team helps to accelerate and share the level of knowledge eachother. Actually, different people have different thought and idea about the same subject matter, which lead the different options for the solution. If people have more option for the alternative they will be able to choose the best alternative among the available alternatives. Crossfire program' on CNN in USA for instance, has four anchor and they have different level of knowledge in the American Politics. They always bring different people for and they also debate to each other in very good manner and find out the best conclusion of the topic. This program is the only one very interesting debate program in the USA which will increases the level of knowledge of the anchor as well as the viewers. Likewise, this is the actual advantages of team work. If 'Crossfire" has only one anchor there will be different level of knowledge, and consequently, program would be worthless.

Third, the team work is the place, where we can make a lot of friend from different field of work. If I involve any kind work by myself, I probably achieve the goal, however, I will not know the many people for related people and their level of thought. In addition, I will know the many people and idea if I work at team. Working in the team is the great opportunity for the people. Individual level of knowledge will not work every time in the future. Sometimes, we need people’s helps to make the decisions from different sector. When we know many people from different field our circle will be good, people know us and this will help for the future career. For instance, knowing many professors at the university is the good things for the graduate students, who want to continue their career in the academic field. The students might need recommendations and consultations from the professor for the any kind of working this way, working on team is very beneficial to everybody.

In conclusion, there are many advantages to work on team than alone. It always be fun, knowledgeable and exciting to working to many people than work by single. To achieve the organizational goal effectively and efficiently, many people's knowledge will be needed than individual level of knowledge. Moreover, division of work also bring a lot of fun in work. Therefore, without doing hard work and with lower level of stress on work we can achieve our goal, when we work in team. Team also provides easiness to make the decision. This is always quick to make the decision.

I can't go through the whole thing but you can get the idea of what kind of changes you will need to learn. Also it is usually best not to make a persuasive essay come across as just your oppinion. you should not put I in if at all possible.

Now let me point out I an a Math and Science teacher but you need to be able to write a flowing report with proper english in any field. Of course I couldn't write a coherint sentence in any other language. You are doing great but if I were you I would write an essay then look it over see if I noticed any inconsistencies then rewrite it and give it to someone else to help you with the nuances of english, after that maybe we could help more.
