Are you an IC member? If so there were some great resources on the Specific exam feedback section. I can't get in to that anymore, but I would think there is still great resources and a study guide or 2. If it takes you a couple of days to study 1 Cliff notes chapter I would say you are probably going to deep into the subject. Know the parts of the cell and how they work not every little detail. Know the classification system and memorize the order. If you go to deep into one area you might miss the overall picture. Take as many practice test as you can find, review the IC flashcards, and search this forum for Biology CLEP even if not an IC member there are some good threads.
