I have been finishing this cert up along with the CIS cert to add to my General
Management BSBA.
In my state (Oregon) the credits will work towards the CPA requirements, they
don't mind if they are "test out" credits here. Pretty good deal if you ask me!
You only have to have 18 credits (6 courses/exams), therefore you do not need to take Advanced Accounting.
