Actually there's also TECEPs for Financial and Managerial ACCT in addition to the Federal Income Taxation. www2.tesc.edu/listalltecep.php

You can take Cost Accounting with StraighterLine, but it's called Managerial Accounting there. SL's ACCT 1 = Financial Acct. SL's ACCT 2 = Managerial ACCT. and SL's Managerial ACCT = Cost ACCT.
You could take TESC's courses for Intermediate ACCT I + II, or you could do something else like LSU or Penn Foster (haven't done much research on Penn Foster, but think they may have an option).
For Advanced ACCT (and the Federal Income Taxation if you don't TECEP it), you can take the TESC course, or LSU also offers them as independent courses.
Oh, in addition to SL, LSU and TESC also offer the Cost Accounting class.

NOTE: With TESC, you won't have to worry about prerequisites. For LSU, you'll have to finish (I think it's) Cost ACCT before doing Intermediate ACCT I, and you'll have to finish that before II, and you'll have to finish II before Advanced ACCT.
