I Just took Biology last week, and passed. I've also taken Nat Sciences, and passed that too, though it was quite a while ago. Suprisingly, the Peterson's practice tests were RIght on for the Biology clep. They were veryyy verry similar to the real thing. I would definitely recommend using those. There was quite a bit about cell division, but If you have Mitosis, and meiosis down pretty well. you should do fine.
