I guess a familiarity with Greek tragedies would help, ability to pick out meanings and context in poems written in more archaic English, out of 4 or 5 choices, pick which author/composer etc. is not matched with their work, and vice-versa. There isn't any one source I can think of that would cover everything in the exam. Pick about the interweb on general subjects you might be weaker on. Maybe do a Google search for CLEP Humanities exam. I wish I could be more helpful, but Humanities is a very broad general knowledge exam, which makes specific recommendations difficult.
