I just took this exam a couple of weeks ago. What others tend to say about it being difficult is true. It was hard for me and I love Humanities. Just FYI - I've read that the Analyzing & Interpreting Literature CLEP is FAR easier and also worth 6 credits. But if you still want to stick with the Humanities for your first exam, just study, study, study as much as possible! Since this is your first CLEP, it would be so disheartening if you didn't pass it, so make sure you know your stuff. I used instantcert and bought a college Humanities textbook and read it front to back in my spare time. I passed the test, but it was not easy. It covers a broad range of material, so I would suggest at least picking up the official Humanities CLEP study guide in addition to using instantcert. Best of luck to you!!
