TBH, I don't see a payoff for you in getting a second degree since you just want one for the heck of it. Put that 4K towards a master's degree or something else of long-term value.

I am getting a second bachelor's, but it isn't related to my first and it will help me professionally- otherwise I wouldn't do it. I don't see any professional benefit for you, hence my advice.
