Humanities Clep Credit

I know this question seems pretty dumb, but I will ask it anyway. The Humanities Clep; does this count as a Humanities credit, or credits towards literature requirements. I also see it counts between 3-6 credits, is there any way to find out which schools provide the full 6 credits? I need 6 more credits after this semester's classes and just want to make sure I have everything I need done to graduate.

In general terms it does count but check with the college/university that you are transferring it to and find out. BOBKE

Find out if your school gives Humanities credit for the Analyzing and Interpreting Literature test. That was an easy six credits I scored a 68 with zero studying. Thomas Edison grants six humanities credits for this test per the ACE recommendation.

When I was overseas, I walked into the CLEP center because I was bored one day, sat down and took the analyzing and interpreting literature CLEP and passed without even knowing what test I was going to take walking in. My school accepted this as a Humanities Elective per CLEP recommendations, but always check first. College is a business, after all.
