The one thing that I wish I had done better would be to understand the whys a bit more. I knew about certain people or events, but not the motivation of why something happened. This helps topics connect better, giving a better overall picture. You will not know everything of course, but pick some items to understand deeper.
There's my exciting advice for the day! I hope your test goes well.

I'm with you on this one, Margo. Sometimes I am convinced that the guy writing the program for CLEPS was thinking, "heh heh, let's see how many more ways there are to raise this pathetic girl's blood pressure."
Sheesh. Maybe we should protest on account of its a health hazard.

I was in my van looking over the materials one more time and everything just looked fuzzy and I couldn't concentrate. I thought, great, I'm gonna pass out right here. No such luck. I prayed one last time, grabbed my purse, and made myself go inside.
The young lady that always checks us in was there with a big smile, but I was still nervous. I got all settled in and went at it. The test was a bit harder in some ways, but easier in others (guess for the ones that I knew the right answer to! ). Well, I finished with time left over to check my answers and then pressed the 'exit' button. I thought I would see my score and about had a cow when a survey popped up. Well, come to find out the score was at the end of the survey. When a score of 66 finally showed up, I felt so relieved AND happy. That's 2 points higher than Ruddigore! Of course, it's not a race, but nice to know that mom can still think and apply what she knows.
Now I'm on to Analyzing Lit and glad of it. So many things to remember was giving me a headache, but I learned so much!
Thank you all who supported me in this. I know it's just a 3 credit test, but I know now that I can do this. I jumped high and made it over the hurdle. Yeah for me!!
Your post was on the day we left for vacation, so I didn't see that you had passed Just wanted to give you a hearty HIGH FIVE!!
Welcome to the addiction. hilarious
