I am scheduled for American Government on 8/16 and after that, I have one more
elective to CLEP. What do you guys think would be a good choice? I am an accounting major so I need something fairly simple since these classes are more difficult as I am senior.
Thanks in advance or the advice

Hi Kat,
What CLEPS have you taken so far?
btw, I am scheduled to take the Am Gov on 8/8. How's the studying going for you? I am taking US History II the same day and am trying to "elaborate" on themes and concepts and dates in my mind so it all sticks!

I am not sure what FEMA is, I am a newbie at this. I have taken Marketing, Management and Business Law but those are all required for my major. American Government is one I chose of the (two) electives I discovered I have to take.

I'm not sure that FEMA credit is necessarily the best option in fulfilling general electives.
The cost to credit bank the FEMA credits at TESC is $380 for up to 60 credits. Obviously, if you plan on banking a number of FEMA credits, this is probably the way to go.
But if you are only looking to fulfill a few remaining credits, the cost of banking the FEMA credits becomes much more expensive than simply taking one or two more CLEP/DANTES exams.
This is especially true if you have the option of taking ONE 6-credit CLEP, or perhaps two of the 'easier' exams.
However, if cost is not an issue, and/or you are in urgent need of fulfilling some remaining elective credits so you can complete your degree, then FEMA credit is worth considering as an option.
Just thinking out loud,
