A few hours after purchasing, ENEB just sent me an Email with the title Trasladar Consulta a Secretaria with a sender of Secretaria ES.
Dear Student, the student support service is through (redacted)@eneb.es. Please send your query to this e-mail address and we will answer you within 24 working hours.
I hadn't sent them anything and I'm not enrolled in their Spanish school nor did I pay through a Spanish link. Additionally the Email does not have any ENEB logo or signature.
