Update, I emailed them and was sent my user name and password to access my account. I paid for the exam option yesterday and it was available to take this morning. I passed it and said results would be posted in 7-10 days along with some info about diploma issued at that time. My question is, what is the diploma I need or what do I need to purchase in the ENEB marketplace to be able to have ECE evaluate?

first, you have to complete your master's, and then order diploma
