Managerial Accounting had a LOT of mistakes in it. Is that the norm for new courses at Sophia? It was wild how many mistakes I kept coming across while completing the course.

I have not been around long enough to answer that question, but in general, most providers tend to roll things out with several errors during their testing phase. Unfortunately that makes it difficult for those who would already struggle with a course like this, but as long as they respond to the feedback given, it should get better over the next couple months as they iron everything out. The way this works is that the people who code the programs do not need to know the information, but they input what is given to them and mistakes slip through due to lack of knowledge of the product. Then as the end customers complain, they can address those complaints to improve the final versions. As for transferability, I may have to be the guinea pig for this at TESU and Excelsior. I need it at both schools yet and accidently missed my test date for the free TECEP I had scheduled.

I wasn't paying a lot of attention but many times I thought to myself, "That can't be right."

UMPI's transfer database also includes Lifespan as PSY 205, without covering any GEC objectives. It does not have Managerial (which agrees with earlier posts, and could be a concerning precedent), but does include a (nonexistent) French II for some reason (could just be an assumption/oversight on their end).
Managerial accounting is already included in UMPI's database as BUS 2XX Business Elective and as a Lifespan without covering any GEC objectives. However, Lifespan is fulfilling PSY205 for Psychology.

StraighterLine and Study.com also have managerial accounting courses, and Study.com even has one that is upper level https://letmegraduate.softr.app/search

The current degree plan (https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/UM...egree_Plan) is only showing PSY205 as being done through UMPI or Study.com. This provides an alternative choice through Sophia.
