Hey all, I am pretty new to this website so sorry if am not posting in the right location. If that is the case, please let me know.
I am transferring to WGU and one of the classes I was thinking of taking is Computer Science 305: Operating Systems from SDC. Has anyone transferred the class towards C191: Operating Systems for programmers. I know it is not in the official list, but it seems to cover mostly the same subjects and me a one to one match. I read of someone on Reddit that got it recently, but that might have been a mistake.

If it's not at
https://partners.wgu.edu/home then it's almost certainly not going to transfer. Unfortunately. If you've got a "leftover" exam and want to try it, go ahead, but there's a good chance that it won't work.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

That is what I figured, it was probably a mistake on his evaluation. Would be awesome if we could still transfer that class considering I have heard it is one of the most difficult classes

In addition to that, you can get a heads up on the learning by taking the lower level Operations Systems course at Study.com, it will practically cover the same material, just in case it has something that's not covered in the upper level one, and since you may have a subscription, I would do all the quizzes at least...

That is a good point, even if it does not transfer. It can't hurt to start getting ahead before transferring
