How is everyone’s experience with CooperSmith? From my understanding you can register for the course, cram the PowerPoint slide and then take the test. Seems relatively straightforward if you study the PowerPoint slides.

Sounds about right. I haven't taken any Coopersmith courses (yet), but reviews place them as being relatively straightforward to study for and to pass.

Hey OP, I got your PM... there is some confusion somewhere...
Your advisor may be incorrect, what course number is your Cornerstone?
You transferred in 60+ credits and should be taking IND301 B Pathways
If they placed you into IND101 A Foundations, that's a mistake, change it ASAP
A/S LL (15) - Take them all through Sophia.org
A/S UL (21) - Capstone, plus 6 courses through Coopersmith or Study.com
Applied LL (12) - Take them all through Sophia.org
Applied UL (6) - Your Cornerstone plus Sophia Principles of Finance as it comes in as BUS 350- Principles of Finance

You need to email your advisor which 5 Coopersmith courses you want or Study.com courses you want in the final 15 UL credits... I should have mentioned that's what I was looking for... Once you have the pre-planned approval, you can take those and be done with the degree as the A/S and Applied LL/UL are what I mentioned earlier in post #14. Again, You can get everything LL from Sophia.org as long as it doesn't duplicate what you currently have, then do the Coopersmith or Study.com courses to finish...

My understanding of "duplication" for Excelsior is that it works a little differently than at other schools. That is, you can do something like take a LL Project Management class from Sophia or you can take an UL one from Study.com, but you cannot have both. If I'm not mistaken about that, it's kind of weird.

Study.com Excelsior Link: https://study.com/college/school/excelsi...urse-guide Sophia's principles of finance is upper-level? Mine came in as lower level.
Here is my evaluation. Let me know if they messed up with anything; I am curious as to why some credits are not counted.
