How to proceed?

When taking Sophia classes I would make sure to take courses that are actually going to be useful in the degree plan. Personal Finance is a general elective at UMPI. I would focus on the courses which transfer for the GEC and major before taking electives. This is where selecting a school makes a difference. You don't want to spend time taking courses that are not useful.

I did get my transcript.  I found out that I had 9 credits.  (As I said I was on a sports scholarship and was injured.  The injury was serious enough that I lost the use of my predominant arm for almost a year).  

These were also quarter classes not semester.  
Principles of Pysch 2 - 3 credits
Moral/Political Ideas 3 credits
Economics -3 credits. 

I am not sure how these would transfer.  Could someone give me clarification on RA requirements for TESU and how to meet them? 
Secondly, my thoughts were initially UMPI, where the biology with lab would should be done at study.com rather that the college.  Does this apply to TESU?  
I am currently waiting on 2 Touchstones to be graded from Sophia

That will give me 60 Sophia credits.

TESU does not require a lab science. Depending on the Bachelor's degree, they do require (at least) 6 science credits, but all of these can be done at Sophia. TESU requires at least 30 RA credits, you have 9. That leaves 21 RA credits. If you did the 16-credit flat-rate term at TESU, that would leave you with needing just 5 or 6 RA credits from somewhere. One possibility would be to take a 4-credit science class from ASU, plus the single 1-credit class they offer. Total cost: $450 for 5 credits. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Ar...al_Learner

As long as you're comfortable with writing papers/doing projects, though, UMPI will almost certainly be cheaper in the long run. I wouldn't suggest TESU at this point unless you a.) prefer as many exams as possible or b.) really want a specific TESU degree.

9qcr = 6cr, and then you'll take 6cr at TESU, leaving 18cr to take; or you could do an 16cr (or 18cr) term at TESU, and then you'd need 6cr.

Here are some things I learned along the way that I have to consider when choosing a school"
I have received 100's on all Sophia Touchstones.  I'm a decent writer, but I can also become frozen and take longer than I should.  
I have found that while I had no issues with math previously, I am struggling there.  Even the Sophia intro to college Math is giving me trouble. 
My choice of school may be dictated by the easiest math requirement.  
I like UMPI, but would rather avoid biology with lab if possible. Although I will if they accept an easier alternative math requirement. 
I like TESU. But I am not close on RA credits, so if that is a choice, I have to figure that out.  Also I don't really understand the residency waiver or their timelines.  
Excelsior may be a decent choice, but again, not sure if math will be an obstacle. 

I have also looked at the Pierpoint AA BOG.  Not sure how useful that would be or how I should proceed if I want to head down that road.

According to the transfer database they have accepted Sophia's Intro to College Math to fill the GEC requirements. Now if you want a BABA you will need to take Math for Business at UMPI which is a very basic math course. There are other options for the lab science requirement. You can take the chem with lab course on Study. Study's bio with lab course is much easier than UMPI's science courses. It's a virtual lab that's like a game.

AST 111 - Introduction to Solar Systems Astronomy (not recommended if you hate math)
BIO 100 - The Living World
CHM 114 - General Chemistry for Engineers (not recommended; very hefty)
SES 106 - Habitable Worlds (I don't think anyone has transferred this in yet, but it should count as a lab science)

BIO100 and SES106 are like one long "game", no exam. I'm not sure about BIO130. AST111 and CHM114 both have a proctored exam at the end.

Thank you.  I just signed up for the ASU 1 credit class.  I will look into those.
