Hello, I just received a rejection from York University (Canada) I applied as a transfer student.
I had to leave my previous university due to not being able to live in the foreign country I was studying in due to personal reasons (i am still a valid student at it). I am now back in my home country.
I am a Pharmacy student doing a combined Bachelor-Masters program and i have finished 165/200 credits with a cgpa of 2.3. I applied to a Chemistry program as it is very difficult to transfer to a Pharmacy program.
The reason behind my rejection was due to my low academic standing. My question is how can I improve my academic standing when I've already already left my previous university. Is there a way to do it online?
Is there any university that would accept me to continue my education there with my low gpa even if it's in a similar field (chemistry, biochem), it doesn’t have to be pharamcy, I just want to leave my home country quickly.
Thanks

We definitely need to know what courses you've already completed and what their (approximate) grade is. Depending on what you've already completed, you could be a good fit for a degree from TESU or Excelsior.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Where you are and where you want to go would be helpful. Are you looking for a student visa?

UoPeople is not Regionally Accredited (yet). That severely limits its usefulness, depending on the country or countries OP is living in/wants to work in. I think it wouldn't even technically be valid for immigration purposes in the US.

It all depends on where you want to study and in what country. I'm sure there are universities everywhere that could accept you.
