Thank you DegreeForum! - I finished my BSIT program at Purdue Global!

I finished my BSIT program at Purdue Global!

There is simply NO WAY that I would have found the courage and fortitude to embark, persevere and complete this program without the guidance and encouragement of this website.

Quick back story: Finished high school in 1988, took a dead-end job for seven years, emigrated to America in 1995, switched to IT jobs and have had pretty good success since. There was always the nagging voice telling me to get a degree. When the pandemic hit and everyone was in lockdown, I made the leap based on the informative posts found on this site.

I'm actively considering the MBA program at Eastern University, something that would never have thought possible. I'm taking a few months break first!

Special thanks to LevelUP, dfrecore, rachel83az, ss20ts, bjcheung77, MNomadic, carrythenothing, studyingfortests and others for helping on this journey.

This site is truly incredible and makes a real difference in people's lives. Everyone involved in this community should be proud of that fact.

Be well!

@ClockworkHammer - You're awesome, you did it! Great work, congrats on getting the degree finished!  Picture looks alright... I thought it would have more words than that...

If you're not in a rush to get the MBA completed, you may want to investigate other MBA programs available in addition to Eastern University.  Since you're familiar with CBE, you may want to continue with a CBE program from Purdue or WGU, etc.

Last but not least, EU has ACBSP, if you want to "upgrade" that to something comparable that is AACSB, you can try that avenue as well, it really depends on what you want.  Good luck on whichever university you plan on attending next and have fun learning!
