That's generally the case with East Asian nations, they do have programs, such as Medical school for foreigners though, you just need to "find" them. Do you speak both Chinese and Japanese? How's your 日本語 nihongo and 中国語 chukoku go? If you're good with either language, take the ACTFL for easy transfer credits!
