It's a dual award, meaning you get one from U of Malaya and one from U of Wales. Again, it's a dual award, you get two diplomas.

The award will be from IUMW, not from both U of Malaya and U of Wales. This link specifies the programs that are eligible for the dual award:

Darn... I didn't check that link, but did check their other one here: https://www.iumw.edu.my/our-story/birth-of-iumw/
Someone who is interested in their programs should be on the safe side and email them, telling them this page "illustrates" it may be all their programs may be dual award and you're just being on the safe side and make sure by emailing them...

I wish this was in-person at this price point. Judging by the people behind it, the program might be good and suitable for a person that doesn't care too much about brand name.

Amazing deal if you would like a UK based degree, it will rival those that are "top up" in both price and courses taught, probably the course structure would be very good as well.
It's not just the cost that's appealing, but the courses are interesting as well. I see they have two projects... As mentioned by Johann (on the sister board)... If those who want an international MBA this would be my choice, those looking for just an US MBA, the $3K HAU would be the ticket!

Are international students (from Asia) allow to enrol in the $3K HAU?

You can ask. The site says "US students" but I believe it's been offered to CA students as well. My gut says they're trying to build up their legitimacy with a base of US/Canadian graduates to appeal more to their Greek students, but that's just a guess. https://mba.hauniv.edu/get-an-mba-your-way/

You could be right, when I mentioned that I was not from the US, and not living in the US, they stopped answering emails.
