Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology Master programs

Does anyone know of any Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology Master programs that are CBE or self-paced? I looked for something like this in the past but never found one. Has anyone seen anything as such yet?

It's rare to find master's programs that are self paced. I wish there were more! I haven't seen any exercise science programs of any kind in CBE format.

One approach would be to do as much as possible through self-paced graduate credit courses in or near exercise science intended for in-service K-12 educators, then transfer to a mainstream distance learning master's program that would accept them as graduate credit, as transfer credit, and toward your program. The Midwest Teachers Institute with CSU-Pueblo MEd in Physical Education & Health would be an organized version of this approach: 9 courses (27 sh) self-paced through MTI, then 4 courses (11 sh) online semestered through CSU-Pueblo, which awards the degree. Fort Hays, Liberty, and Prescott would be among the possible destination schools for DIYing this approach.

Designing a customized program through Middlesex [UK] MProf Professional Studies, Prescott MA Individualized Studies, Goddard Individualized MA or MA Health Arts & Sciences might also be an option.

Capella FlexPath has an MS in Psychology, Sports Psychology specialization.

Since Jonathan brought up the teacher PD courses, I've made several threads here on these graduate-level courses. Some of them mentioned kinesiology and physical education courses. On the sister forum, I made a master thread consolidating the options.

I mainly focused on options that will give you non-education prefixes, but Advancement Courses also has PE and health courses and multiple university partnerships.
