Ahh, yeah, then that won't work at UMPI. It should work at EC and possibly at TESU, though.

Last but not least, you're comparing apples to oranges, the UMPI 18 credits in the minor, UMPI requires at least 30 credits through them, the bulk being upper level, even if your minor is all upper level, you still need to take a few more courses through them. At TESU, you just need 18 Upper Level in total, moreover you can take 16 credits for residency and skip the residency waver fee...

At the moment I am leaning towards TESU (this forum is amazing whatever I'm thinking someone has previously asked) from reading around, it's harder to find cheap upper level credit and I doubt I can finish 30 upper level credit in 8 weeks. If you can advise me I'm considering the BA CS or BA liberal studies with a concentration in cs or natural science it doesn't matter. Can I ask tesu to evaluate my credits for both these programs?
Also I've read around about getting an associates with the bachelors how would I go about doing this? Would you recommend this with my time constraints? Thanks guys

BALS CS will not be that much faster than BACS. It still requires several difficult UL CS courses. You're only skipping out on learning Calculus. The BALS CS also isn't that great from an employer point of view.
For what you would need to take, check out https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ts_Roadmap and also https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ience_Plan
You would want to complete Computer Science 302, Computer Science 303, and Business 303 at Study.com ASAP to unlock access to the capstone. These are relatively straightforward and easy to complete UL credits. Your other UL credits from Study.com would be Computer Architecture. Computer Architecture is more difficult because it attempts to be multiple classes at once and the assignment can be a challenge. Your remaining ULs would come from TESU: Software Engineering and the Capstone.
Getting an associate's degree for free is easy with a CS degree. The ASNSM Computer Science is filled out automatically as you get the CS degree. The one in Math is also relatively easy with Computer Science. That one requires Calculus + 4 Math classes. The easiest way to do this would be:
- Liberal Arts Math TECEP (take this ASAP to fully enroll and unlock unlimited transcript evaluations) OR Pay for Medical Terminology TECEP (do not take) and bring in College Math from Sophia
- College Algebra from Sophia
- Statistics from Sophia
- Discrete Math from Study.com (needed for CS degree)
- CSM Learn
- Geometry 101 at Study.com or Linear Algebra from Coopersmith. (Linear Algebra may count as another UL class for Computer Science, so I would take this one ASAP).
TESU makes it easy to see which degree will be better for you. Apply for one degree and, as soon as your transcripts are evaluated, you can sign into OSS (Online Student Services). You can then access the "What if?" feature of the Academic Evaluation section.

Saylor algebra is not in the transfer database at UMPI.

Saylor's College Algebra course is NCCRS, not ACE. I think UMPI only takes ACE.

For UMPI, I would take everything you can first with Sophia.org since they're offering a free month. If you require more courses, extend that, and then work on other ACE recommended credits either from Sophia.org or InstantCertCredit, Study.com, etc. If you're going for UMPI, you need to make sure you have a lab science and language course. For TESU, you don't need either...

Also about this free sophia how do I access this?

The free Sophia code seems to have stopped working. But you can try anyway. Check out this thread with the code: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...a-for-FREE
