As long as you did your part, you’re good. I’ve had a few professors that affirmed the milestones long after I’ve finished the course. If I had waited for them to affirm it I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to complete the amount of courses that I did.
You're exactly right! My professor actually affirmed that last milestone today!
